prioritization framework

Last week, we went to baguio for a prioritization planning. The framework we used looks new for me. It was a framework developed by one of the SPM gurus in the MF industry - Anton Simanowitz.

The framework looks practical for any institution doing some planning and prioritization activities.

Anyways, as I went surfing online, I found that there is a more generic prioritization framework from this link: http://www.product-arts.com/articlelink/1049-value-vs-complexity-a-prioritization-framework.

Perhaps, I might do this for my own sanity - I need to prioritize. :)
