sexual harassment on a minor

so, I learned from sister-in-law that one of his senior staff sexually harassed one of her staff (who is a minor)...

I don't know how to handle this kind of situation, but,  I have to be biased towards the kid. While we were talking about it, two of the kid's cousins passed by our house. Because those cousins are males, you could feel the testosterone acting up, they wanted to right away file a case and pin down the perpetrator...

What I did was threw the question back to them, and asked them what do they want... and they wanted the perpetrator be sent to jail. So, there. Given that the victim is a minor, they already have an advantage I guess.

So, the thing is, I am still lost. I have forgotten about the paralegal stuff I learned. But, I will get there. Hayy!
