Poetry Reading with my noise canceling headset

I bought a headset from an online shop. I was a bit skeptical if indeed it has a noise canceling feature. It finally arrived and I tried talking to friends online while it was raining hard, and amazingly they could not hear a rain sound coming from my end. I tried using it on my poetry reading sessions.
