wow...talaga naman! with matching emoticons pa..i understand your feeling.. and somehow, i feel remiss with my "duty" as your supervisor...i wanted to let you be, as long as the goal and timetables are clear to both of us, i leave up to you to do implementation..

this must have been my workstyle being alone in the program for quite a time.but you must have found out also that you can approach me anytime you need something..

maybe you can also help me unlearn such style if you think it as counterproductive to us..

yes, i know the feeling of being left out and wanting to join the bandwagon.. i've been there and wished that too..
but as i repeatedly said, i get upliftment from the work itself and from people outside..

that's why i keep more friends outside and the people inside are colleagues/officemates.. with some exceptions to only a few..

also, i'm not losing a bit of hope that one day, all what i've done will be appreciated.

i want to think that the day has come... the meeting this morning was fruitful and something to look forward
to.. we will get the budget, including the one in taguig/global city..

we are tasked to set up swm in all ayala offices - segregation at the work place - by july 5, in time with csr..
vpg and jim ayala will co-sign a memo to all ceo's to get their support..

i also thought to replicate the RCE during the CSR expo.. although ali will spearhead the swm, we will be very
visible..so i got go-signal of mad to give you assurance of renewing your contract..

that is if you still want to work with afi, despite your hurts and "sick and tired" feeling.. likewise, you have to learn to not get affected by what's happening around us.

just think that we're doing it not for afi but for the greater good of the earth..and we're lucky to get paid doing something good and enjoying the stuff that we do as well..

i know i can't say much to influence your decision..

afterall, it's you who will make the decision in the end..

just one last thing.. sayang naman the things you have started with swm..
and the things that you can still do.. re:you day-off.. surely you can get away for a few days.. i'm also planning to get a break for a week..

we really need that to get refreshed and "declog" our minds, not really from work, but from the environment..now you understand why i can't stay in the office all the days of the week..our activities outside of office serve as breather for me..

so, go.. get that break and come back refreshed! if you decide to still grab that offer outside, just let me know..
there are new challenges and opportunities that i don't want to let them pass..
